1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Mosh Design website (“Site”) and any services offered by Mosh Design (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
2. Services
Mosh Design provides computer-generated imagery (CGI), 3D visualization, animation, design-development visuals, and related creative services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed upon in writing before work begins.
3. Intellectual Property
All original content on this Site — including images, renderings, designs, animations, written materials, and source files — is owned by Muhammad Abdul Aziz / MOSH.DESIGN and is protected by international copyright laws. Unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract, Mosh Design retains ownership of all raw and working files, and the client receives a limited license for the agreed use of final deliverables.
4. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project briefs, reference materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by incomplete or late client inputs may extend deadlines and may affect project costs.
5. Payments & Deposits
Project fees and payment schedules are set out in the project proposal or contract. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final deliverables are released upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Revisions, Cancellations & Refunds
The number of revision rounds and the scope of changes are defined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Cancellation terms are set out in the applicable project contract.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mosh Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
8. Third-Party Content
Third-party trademarks, logos, and references appearing in our work remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification, illustration, or reference purposes. They do not imply endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to These Terms
Mosh Design may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
